James Eodice, MBA/MHRM

Director of Human Resources

James Eodice is the director of human resources for the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation and its operating foundations, working to develop and deliver innovative human resource programs and services designed to support the overall mission, goals and values of the Doris Duke organizations. Prior to joining the foundation in 2003, he worked for DB Kelly Protective Services as an area director, security manager and protection specialist.

Eodice holds a dual Master of Business Administration/Master of Human Resources Administration, an executive certificate in non-profit management, and is a certified professional of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association for Training and Development. He currently sits on boards and volunteers for several non-profits, and is an elected official in the town where he resides.
