Nicole Cruz

Human Resources Manager

Nicole Cruz is the human resources manager for the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation and its operating foundations, for which her responsibilities include payroll, benefit administration, and human resources data and analytics.

Prior to joining the foundation in 2015, Cruz worked for Raritan Valley Community College as an administrative assistant for the Workforce Delivery Project.

She earned a double Bachelor of Arts in human resources management as well as labor studies and employment relations from Rutgers University.
