To support the development of policy reforms that better prevent, identify and increase access to treatment for maternal depression in low-income mothers of young children and mental health issues in low-income youth by: (1) disseminating materials that highlight top policy ideas to address maternal depression to state and community stakeholders, (2) conducting a webinar or conference presentation to gauge state interest in technical assistance opportunities for maternal depression policy reform, and (3) conducting two focus groups with youth and youth stakeholders to better understand factors that influence opportunities and barriers to access to mental health services for young adults.
