To work in partnership with the Preservation Green Lab of the National Trust for Historic Preservation to develop tools and strategies for use in small to mid-size commercial buildings to simplify the path to reducing energy use by 50%. The project will collect data and information on existing building attributes and historical energy use to develop user-friendly tools that guide designers, owners, and building operators in determining what measures they might undertake to achieve deep energy savings.
