To provide direct assistance to families who request help to meet their children’s basic needs following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita; provide materials and training to Head Start centers in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Alabama; and coordinate delivery of donated goods from across the country for the hurricane victims.
